Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.

Why, and on what basis

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a possible engagement — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

What the AI does with it

An automated agent reads your message, scores how well we can help, and prepares a draft reply. A human — Filip — reads your message, makes every decision, and sends every reply himself. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made automatically (GDPR Art. 22). Message content is processed for this purpose by Anthropic's Claude API as our processor.

Where it lives, how long

In our lead database (Supabase) and our email (Google). We keep inquiries while we work with you or negotiate, and delete them on request at any time.

Who else touches it

Only our processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (email), Anthropic (AI processing). We never sell or share your data beyond that.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection — write to the address above. You may also complain to the Slovak DPA (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk).
